writing critiques.
So on sheezyart (I'm probably going to get my ass whupped for this), I recently got told that one of my photographs was "wayyyyyyyyy to blurry and out of focussss".
And that it was "careless".
Let me just point out a few things for you people wanting to write crits:
1. It's not that I can't stand crits, I can handle them just fine.
2. IF YOU'RE GOING TO CRIT SOMETING, MAKE IT CONSTRUCTIVE. Meaning, instead of just telling me what's wrong with it, TELL ME HOW THE HELL I CAN BETTER IT.
3. I can't stand crits that seem to be written for the pure purpose of being mean or negative.
4. THE WHOLE POINT OF A CRITIQUE IS TO TELL THE ARTIST HOW TO BETTER THEMSELVES, NOT THAT THEIR ART SUCKS.

So keep that in mind when writing a critique.
Wow, is it honestly that shocking that someone's pissed at you when you write a critique that seems just to be hateful?
LEARN TO WRITE A CRITIQUEEEEEEEE. GAWD.

I'm not hating against you, -insert name here-, I just think that if you're going to write a critique it should sound like it's written by someone your age NOT a kindergartener. D:
